The next Epic Swing Night will be on May 12th at the San Mateo Masonic Lodge, and we'll have some sweet classes from Hunter Demaray and Audrey Kanemoto and awesome live music from Clint Baker's New Orleans Jazz Band!

About Epic Swing Night
Epic Swing Night is a monthly mini-workshop (which hires the best teachers around) and dance (which hires the best DJs and musicians around). We really enjoy building community outside of dance as well, and have gone out after events to IHOP with Epic Meal Time inspired pancake toppings.
In addition to ridiculously awesome dance instruction and music, we are passionate about sharing knowledge and excitement about the history of the dance and the music that we love. To that extent, we bring Alisa Clancy from KCSM to every ESN to give a lecture about Jazz History.
As mentioned on Epic Swing's home page, we would really like to unite the three large, geographically distributed, Wednesday night venues in the SF Bay Area - Cat's Corner, Dancers' Den, and Wednesday Night Hop. We'd love to see everyone from the former Wednesday night venue Sweet N' Hot (as well as all the Midtown Stomp people!) from Sacramento as well!
